The MFZ427-25A is a high-performance upright biomedical freezer designed for the secure storage of large quantities of temperature-sensitive products, particularly in hospitals, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and veterinary settings. Thanks to its robust design and advanced refrigeration technology, it meets critical low-temperature storage requirements.
It offers a net volume of 361 liters with an adjustable temperature range from -5°C to -25°C. Its variable-speed compressor (Adaptive Cooling) ensures uniform cooling and controlled energy consumption. It features a dynamic ventilated cooling system that guarantees even temperature distribution, enhanced by No-Frost® automatic defrosting.
Its i-Care touchscreen interface allows precise control with automatic data logging, built-in alarms, and export via USB port.
Compliant with requirements
The MFZ427-25A model is DIN13277 - DX15140 certified and complies with the ATEX directive, ensuring the safety and reliability of biomedical refrigeration equipment. It incorporates multiple security levels: temperature alarm, door alarm, power failure, sensor alarm, key lock, 24-hour backup battery for the controller, and dry contact for connection to a monitoring system.
Storage Reliability
Designed for thermal stability, the MFZ427-25A guarantees temperature uniformity of ±3°C and stability of 0.6°C. It reaches -20°C in 110 minutes and can maintain a temperature below -10°C for 72 minutes without power, ensuring sample protection even in the event of a power outage.
The reversible solid door with soft-close <90° and hold-open >90°, combined with the 5 solid shelves and 1 half-shelf in perforated aluminum, optimizes accessibility and storage capacity. The thick (50 mm) polyurethane insulation with cyclopentane guarantees excellent cold retention.
